2027 coverage decisions | Lakeland & Polk County

Review 2027 Medicare and under-65 options before you enroll.

This Coverage Center is a plan-review hub, not a hard enroll wall. Choose the Medicare or under-65 lane, then ask David Huff to review the details that change the outcome: timing, doctors, prescriptions, and current coverage.

Prefer a scheduled conversation? Book a call. A review request is not enrollment, a plan recommendation, or proof of coverage.

Choose a starting lane

Two paths. One soft next step: plan review.

Pick the lane that matches your situation. Each plan-review button opens the existing help form with that intent already selected. You can still change the type of help on the form.

Medicare

AEP, turning 65, and Advantage vs Supplement

Start here if you are preparing for Medicare Annual Enrollment, approaching 65, already on Medicare, or comparing Medicare Advantage with a Medicare Supplement (Medigap).

  • Review enrollment timing and the coverage you have now.
  • Compare how Advantage and Supplement treat doctors, prescriptions, and cost sharing.
  • Confirm current plan details before you change anything.
Plan review

Under-65

ACA, job change, self-employed, and coverage gaps

Start here if you need individual or family coverage before Medicare: ACA Marketplace, a job or employer-plan change, self-employment, or a temporary gap.

  • Review household, income, doctors, and when current coverage ends.
  • Compare Marketplace options against other paths that may apply.
  • Shop ACA plans online only if you want a self-service comparison.

What to expect

What happens in a plan review

David personally reviews each request and follows up only through a channel authorized in the form. If you prefer not to submit the form, call (863) 640-3102 or choose an available appointment time.

1

Share the situation

Start with ZIP code, timing, and the type of help you need. Do not enter medical details, policy numbers, Medicare numbers, or payment information.

2

Authorize a follow-up channel

Choose call, text, or email. David uses only the channel you authorize on the form.

3

Review before any enrollment

A review can cover doctors, prescriptions, deadlines, and current coverage. It is not an application and does not change your plan.
