What we delete
Contact details and lead form answers in our CRM (HubSpot), message history, and marketing lists.
What may stay
Some records may be kept when the law requires it, such as an insurance application, Medicare enrollment records, or an opt-out record so we don't contact you again.

Medicare and TPMO notice
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 9 organizations which offer 102 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.

How to request deletion
To ask us to delete personal data collected through Facebook Messenger, Facebook or Instagram lead ads, or this site's forms, contact us by email at david@lakelandhealthinsurance.com or by phone at 863-640-3102.
Deleting the data we hold does not delete data Facebook or Instagram keep; manage that in your Meta account settings.
Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” if you email. Do not include a Social Security number, Medicare ID, or other sensitive identifiers in the first message.
What to include
Please include:
- Your name
- The phone number or email address you used
- The source, such as Facebook Messenger, a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, or a website form
Response time
We aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. We may need to confirm identity before acting.
What we delete
When a request is verified, we delete:
- Contact details and lead form answers held in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Message history
- Marketing lists
Marketing lists are removed. A minimal opt-out record is kept so we do not text, call, or email you again. See what may be retained below.
What may be retained
We may keep some records when law, regulation, or a carrier, Medicare, or Marketplace rule requires it — for example, a submitted application or enrollment, Medicare Scope of Appointment and permission-to-contact records, and recorded Medicare sales calls — for the period those rules require. We also keep a minimal opt-out record (your phone number or email and the date you opted out) so we do not text, call, or email you again. We do not use retained records for marketing.
How to stop texts and email
To stop texts, reply STOP to any text message.
To stop email, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email david@lakelandhealthinsurance.com.
