Keep sensitive information out of email

Do not email Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment information, full medical records, policy passwords, or carrier-portal credentials. David can direct you to an appropriate secure enrollment or servicing channel when needed.

Before requesting a plan review

Have your Florida ZIP code, county, household size, and expected coverage date available.
For ACA eligibility, household income and current coverage information may be needed through an authorized secure workflow.
For provider or prescription review, use the exact provider location, exact plan name and ID, medication details, pharmacy, and plan year.
For Medicare, do not place your Medicare number in the general website form or email.
